When an agent is the wrong buy

If you do not yet have leads, a support inbox, or a site people can find, an agent has nothing to work on. Start with the channel that creates the work: SEO, Google Ads, or a site. Agents pay when a person is already doing the same task every day and the delay costs you customers.

They also fail when nobody will review the output. A support agent that guesses, or a content agent that publishes, will cost more in trust than it saves in time.

What “set up” means

No. ChatGPT is a general chat. An agent is tied to one job, your documents, and a place the result has to land — a CRM, an inbox, or a report.

Will it talk to customers in Norwegian?

Yes, if that is the language your customers write in. The internal note to your team can stay in English.

Who owns the setup?

You own the data and the accounts. We do not lock the history inside a tool you cannot leave.
